EBRU TV PRODUCING TV SHOW EXPLORING VALUES & ETHICS, SEEKS ACTORS AND A DIRECTOR, NEW JERSEY
Seeking Actors and Directors of Stage and Screen. EbruTV is a 24 hr television network headquartered in Central New Jersey and broadcasting via Globecast Satellite. EbruTV currently seeks actors and directors for a program that explores the role of values and ethics in contemporary life. As part of this program, we envision brief scenes, skits, or short plays demonstrating a particular value in practice. For this project, Ebru TV is primarily interested in actors and directors of the stage. Theater students and sound professionals with limited experience, improvisational and comedic actors, as well as TV and screen talents are welcome to apply. Actors and directors will work on a weekly recorded television series that invites viewers of all backgrounds to think about values and ethics in their daily lives. We aim to avoid preaching, dogmatic judgments, and blunt caricature. Portrayals will be natural in tone, culturally sensitive, non-denominational, and stay clear of explosive issues. Disney Cruise Line is seeking talented and versatile musical theater performers for mainstage productions on their luxury cruise ships in the Caribbean and Bahamas. Dancer audition: Male, need for male ensemble dancers who can sing on key. Disney Costumed Characters and Face Character Look-Alikes - Females 4'9" to 5'8". Males 6' to 6'2". Must have dance training. A dance combination will be taught. Vocalist audition: Need for male & female musical theatre principle vocalist, must move well and have acting ability. The National Theatre for Children, a non-Equity, Minneapolis-based touring company, is now casting for Fall 2007 and Winter 2008 tours.
