He promises them jobs, housing - in short, to make them citizens. What follows is a whirlwind of reaction from across the globe. Seeking an ensemble of three strong, versatile actors, each of whom will play many roles, and one actor/percussionist creating all live sound effects. Play includes approximately 80 characters. The Looking Glass Theatre is seeking Fall 2006 Acting Interns. Interns will be cast in our Winter 2006 Looking Glass Forum, a festival of new works by upcoming female playwrights and directors, to be held in December. Interns will also receive free monologue coaching, as well as acting classes each week. The time commitment is from September 18 through December 18, 2006. Interns will be required to work in our offices for two 4-hour sessions per week. Acting class will be held Monday evenings from 6-10 pm. Mark Foley in Washington, D.C. on September 6. Getting records launched from concept to consumer is the topic Clay Pasternack will discuss at an NARIP event in North Hollywood on September 6. At the Seventh Annual Billboard R&B Hip-Hop Conference and Awards ASCAP is sponsoring a special Q&A with rap star Ludacris on September 8 with a conference start date on September 6.
