"TOMMY!" NYU STUDENT SHORT COMEDY FILM, NEW YORK

Synopsis: “Tommy!” is a short satirical comedy about a young boy with little athletic ability and a baseball town with enough competitive spirit for miles. So, she goes into a fantasy world periodically throughout the movie—a happier place than the reality world she is living in. Rachel’s fantasy world begins to compete with her reality world and she can’t seem to stop thinking about it. She eventually breaks down to her friend, who still doesn’t care because these kinds of issues are too big for her simple life. In the end, Rachel stays in her fantasy world.
