ELEVATE FESTIVAL of Film and Music is accepting submissions for directors, 7-10 page screenplays, documentary subjects, musicians, crew, behind the scenes crews and volunteers for our September 07 festival. ELEVATE is the first 48 hour festival to produce inspiring, conscious raising films. All of the projects will be premiered at the KODAK theatre September 15th. NEW COMPOSER SHOWCASE SEEKS SUBMISSIONS, NEW YORK
APAC (Astoria Performing Arts Center) is seeking submissions for its upcoming new composer showcase. APAC will be accepting submissions from new composers and lyricists for a showcase production to be presented in association with the 2007 New York Musical Theatre Festival. Sirona Studios is casting actors ranging in age from 4 to 90 for "Deception," an Arab Sopranos with a taste of the classic Hitchcock whodunit filmed in a Film Noir style; (think Maltese Falcon, Laura, and Double Indemnity). FEATURE FILM "WRONG WAY" FROM DOMAIN PRODUCTIONS, TAMPA
Director: Preston Walden. This is a horror film based in Southern Georgia but will be filmed in central Florida. The film, Wrong Way, is a film about a town that does not exist anymore, but there are a few who will do anything to build it back up...even terrorize 6 friends who happend to get stuck in the town, who are on their way from University of Georgia to Daytona Beach. Hint: This town used to get it's income and jobs off a carnival/fairgrounds back in the 50's. This film will be a full lenght film that will have two sequals. Hovstad - editor of the People's Messenger - this role must show a genuine compassion and high- mindedness, which later becomes distrustful and vindictive in the face of popular opinion. Billing (the sub-editor), works with Hovstad and is portrayed similarly. Aslaksen, 25-30, a printer who distrusts the protagonist. We are also casting for several townspeople of all backgrounds for a scene in a large meeting hall where they are deriding the protaganist and his family.

FEATURE FILM "WRONG WAY" FROM DOMAIN PRODUCTIONS, TAMPA
Director: Preston Walden. This is a horror film based in Southern Georgia but will be filmed in central Florida. The film, Wrong Way, is a film about a town that does not exist anymore, but there are a few who will do anything to build it back up...even terrorize 6 friends who happend to get stuck in the town, who are on their way from University of Georgia to Daytona Beach. Hint: This town used to get it's income and jobs off a carnival/fairgrounds back in the 50's. This film will be a full lenght film that will have two sequals. There are a couple of named actors attachted to the project and/or in-talks. We need strong actors who can handle physical roles.

A Black musical about a family owned charity organization. Performance is to start off as a tiny theatre musical in New York by October of 2007, which will be later turned into a long independent feature film by the end of 2008 or beginning of 2009 and be later submitted to film festivals or major networks.

Hovstad - editor of the People's Messenger - this role must show a genuine compassion and high- mindedness, which later becomes distrustful and vindictive in the face of popular opinion. Billing (the sub-editor), works with Hovstad and is portrayed similarly. Aslaksen, 25-30, a printer who distrusts the protagonist. We are also casting for several townspeople of all backgrounds for a scene in a large meeting hall where they are deriding the protaganist and his family.
